Our Danish clients can register their names on the
title deeds of the properties either by getting a residency permit (valid for at least 6 months)
or setting up a Turkish company here in Turkey.
1-We arranged special services to assist you with residency permits. If you
got your residency permit in Denmark, you need to get it confirmed by the police authority
(within one month following the issue date)
in Antalya so that it becomes valid. If you are getting your residency permit in Turkey, you
are required to bring 4 photographs; passport and a copy of it; bank statement from a Turkish
bank-you should have sufficiant funds to support yourself for the period of the residency
permit as it does not allow you to work in Turkey; fee-appx. 500 YTL per person.
If husband and wife buying the property together, they should both have residency permit.
You would need to apply to Uncali police station in Antalya, residency permits are normally
granted within the same day.
2-Setting up a company takes 2-3 working days. You are required to bring 4 photographs and
your passport. The cost of setting a company (for this purpose) varies between 750-1000 GBP,
there will be montly fees of 40-80 GBP payable to the accountant. There will also be some
translation
works, costs start from min of 100 GBP per person (this price is only applicable
if you have your own accountant here in Kas; you make all the conversations with your
accountant yourself; you have a tax number or willing and knowing of the procedures of
getting
your tax number yourself and you are not appointing a third party as your power of attorney).
The interpreter will only be present to interpret official papers at the Notary so that
all company papers are legalised. Once the firm is set, you could register the property
under your company straight away.
