Design and Construction We provide architectural and structural designs and construction services for residential and holiday homes. Once you have decided what you want we will build it for you within recognised international standards and provide you with a warranty.Our most current work is building six villas on the hillside just above the road at the entrance of Kalkan. Once completed, each of these villas will be sitting on 2025 m2 of land covered with olive and citrus trees, a 55 m2 infinity pool and breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay. We also providerefurbishments with warranty for properties requiring this service. Either building from scratch or refurbishing, we will help you choose the latest materials and techniques.
