Turkish Properties is a very professional company who completed two villas we were having built in Kalkan, which the original builder failed to finish, leaving us high and dry.
There were complex legal problems with the buildings, caused by the previous builder which Turkish Properties resolved completely. This involved much negotiation with the municipality. They then completed the villas to a very high standard, emailing photos and keeping us in touch with progress throughout. They also met the previously agreed estimate of cost.
Sema Topaloglu of Turkish Properties was particularly helpful and showed
grit and determination to overcome many difficulties over a long period.
For her help we are extremely grateful and would recommend her services
to anyone who would like to build, rent or buy property in the Kas and
Kalkan areas. We are happy to speak to prospective clients of Turkish

We just want to say that we are very satisfied with the service we receive

We came to Kas and found a beautiful place. The people are very nice and
kind. It is not an ordinary tourist place at all, but really somewhere
special. It is a `pearl` as we say in Denmark.
The Topaloglu family from Turkish Properties is very helpful and always have time to help us with all kinds of problems. They are very professional and their service is top quality.
We feel they provide a service above the standards, and we already feel

Turkish Properties:
We have recently completed the purchase of our apartment in Kas with the help of our agents Fuat Topaloglu and Sema Topaloglu-Duggan from Turkish Properties.
We were quite apprehensive about buying abroad but Fuat and Sema made the whole process very easy and straightforward, they looked after everything and were very patient in dealing with our concerns.
Their service has been impeccable from the initial contact and through to sorting out all the details to do with buying our apartment. They have been very generous with their time to sort out things like the registration of our water and electricity accounts and helping us with our furniture and fittings. They have been very helpful in giving us advice about where to get the things we needed and putting us in contact with all sorts of people to help us make our apartment a second home.
It has been such a pleasure dealing with such a nice family run business that is so professional and efficient. Although we have not known them for very long we feel that they are firm friends.
